Parking Analysis - Pittodrie Place, Aberdeen

Analysis undertaken to compare existing and proposed land use parking accumulation at 9 Pittodrie Place. The analysis determined that the proposed change of use would be beneficial to the local area from a parking perspective. Consequently, no off-street parking provision was required/provided for the development.
