Construction work to modernise the former residential home is underway and progressing well. 

As Consulting Structural and Civil Engineers for this prestigious project, Ramsay & Chalmers are responsible for the design of  the new four-storey apartment blocks with subterranean carparking, the refurbishment & remodelling of the existing buildings and all drainage & external works. 

Once completed the development will comprise one commercial unit and 92 residential properties.
