Residents have recently moved into Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association`s housing development in Strichen, Aberdeenshire.

All 12 of the properties in this £1.65million project were built for social rent with a view to helping address he acute shortage of affordable housing in the North-East of Scotland.

Ramsay and Chalmers provided consulting Structural and Civil Engineering services for the project, Michael Gilmour Associates were the Architects and the construction was carried out by Graham Construction.
