Bancon Homes have recently commenced the initial phase of their Lochside of Leys development at Banchory.    This forms part of the expansion of the settlement at Hill of Banchory for which Ramsay and Chalmers have provided Masterplanning, Civil and Structural Engineering services for circa 800 homes.
